I make websites.

What do you do when you’re not doing that?

I play bouzouki, watch movies or surf the Web… sometimes all three at once.

Favourite food?

Whatever is in season and fresh. I’m particularly happy when mackerel is in season.

Favourite city and why?

I love Bologna for its food and I love San Francisco and Brighton for the high geek quotient but I’ll always have a soft spot for Galway.

What did you want to be when you were at school?

When I was at school, I wanted to be doing anything that didn’t involve being in school. I figured I would be an artist or some other kind of professional slacker.

Favourite word?

Callipygian. I love callipygian best of all the adjectives. I love callipygian, it’s my friend!

Best thing about the internet?

It has beautiful eyes.

Worst thing about the internet?

The smell.
