She has worked for membership organisations including British Film Institute and The Producers’ Forum, Wired Sussex and the Digital Catapult Centre to understand the needs of their communities, share knowledge, enable collaboration and empower their members. 

Inspiring business leaders

Rebecca is an experienced public speaker and has presented at international conferences on the topics of diversity and inclusion in tech, leadership in the digital sector, and skills priorities for business growth and recovery. She has led panels at government events including UK Trade and Investment and UK Tech Cluster.

Away from the studio

Away from the digital sector, Rebecca has worked for charities specialising in emergency maternal and child health and is on the Board of trustees at Lighthouse Arts. She is a fellow of "Leaders with Babies" and continues to work with other parents to support them to progress in their careers whilst enjoying their young families.

Rebecca's background is as an award-winning Film Producer with experience working with major Hollywood studios, the BBC and the UK Film Council. She still enjoys watching movies and binge-watching the latest Netflix series. When not watching the TV she likes travelling, exploring new and exciting places to eat and enjoying all the things that living in Brighton has to offer.
