Rhian studied philosophy at university, where she learned the value of asking questions. After that she started working in the charity sector, where she first encountered the transformative power of technology. From then on, Rhian made sure she was involved in the delivery of digital solutions, everything from planning and managing content to understanding audience needs. Her first project management experience was with the National Health Service (NHS). After that, Rhian worked at multiple agencies getting exposure to projects of all shapes and sizes.
Rhian values shared understanding and alignment above fixed processes. Having said that, she's also an Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM). For her, the best projects are the collaborative ones that embrace many different perspectives. The output matters but the learning journey is just as important.
