Sophie is naturally curious about human behaviour, and fascinated by the examination of the ‘everyday’. The constant pursuit of ‘why?’ brought her from a career in the third sector to a focus on user behaviour and designing with a user-centred methodology.
Sophie studied Social and Cultural Psychology at university. She originally embarked on the path of fundraising, grant management and proposition development in national and international charities – driven by a commitment to human rights. Within this career she found herself preoccupied with the systems and processes colleagues used to undertake their work. This was coupled with the drive to learn from different teams to improve their experience; saving time and resources in the process.
Following a stint in Digital and User Success, she retrained in UX Design and found her true calling.
