Fred was born and bred in Somerset before moving to Brighton when he was 18. His first job was in a dodgy telesales company before moving on to more respectable outfits like American Express and OpenTable where he worked for 10 years, culminating as lead trainer for the global organisation.
Having worked across functions in large organisations, Fred has a keen understanding of how design influences the final product or service, and the obstacles designers have to overcome when trying to bring their vision to life.
He has a cat, a wife, two children, and ADHD. Fred also plays guitar, though he has abandoned his teenage dreams of rock stardom.
