Amy enjoys simplifying complex information to create delightful experiences. To do that, she uses her skills in interface design, information architecture, responsive design, illustration, colour and type.

A life of design

Amy first started designing on the web back in 2004 during her art foundation year. That year started with a focus on fine art but she quickly developed a love of magazine and print design. It's liberating to be able to quickly iterate and change your designs without having to start over. Amy decided to study Graphic Design at Lincoln School of Art and she's been designing ever since.

After graduating, Amy worked as UI designer at NOW TV, before moving on to become a product designer at Graphite Digital here in Brighton. They were both great places to work and gave Amy a chance to experience both agency and client life.

Away from the studio

Having been in Brighton for only a few years, Amy is still exploring its nooks and crannies, shops, parks and cobbled streets. She loves eating out and finding new places to go. She also has an unhealthy obsession with plants, especially houseplants (over 40 and counting) …but it's good for the air, right?
