Our Leading Design retreats are specifically designed to meet the needs of design leaders; providing executive coaching, guided facilitation and peer support.
Given that most designers are likely to appreciate a refined aesthetic, we have exclusive use of the perfect location for our September 2023 retreat: a stunning Georgian house in the Cotswolds countryside. Whether it’s a beautiful bedroom with views across the countryside, a glass garden house to cover in post-it notes, a quiet book nook for some solo reflection, or a well stocked bar with every type of botanical mocktail or cocktail you could imagine, this really is the most spectacular venue.
As design leaders, so much time is spent taking care of others. So, from the moment you pull up to the venue, we work hard to take care of you.
Although there is an itinerary for our time together, there is also space and flexibility for you to shape the experience around your particular needs. This is a chance to get the care you deserve; a private chef will prepare delicious food and wonderful staff are on hand to help with anything you may require. Everything is included, so you don’t even have to bring your wallet!
And of course you will experience literally life changing coaching led by Julia Whitney. Julia brings her own experience as a board level leader to her practice. The retreat will be a golden opportunity to pause, take stock and compare notes with your peers who share the same leadership challenges. So if you are looking to boost in your professional development this will be time very well spent.
