While doing some browser testing this week, Mark come across a particularly wicked front-end problem. Something was triggering compatibility mode in Internet Explorer 8 and he couldn’t figure out what it was.

Rich, Batesy, Tessa and Kate travelled to America mid week to set up and then run Ampersand New York on Saturday.
Tessa and Sophie have been preparing the space downstairs for our new tenants to move in next week making it a full house. They have also been talking to people about using our auditorium for local community events. Speaking of which, we’ll be hosting this years UX Barcamp Brighton on November 2nd.

Dear world,
Busy would be an understatement for the past week or so and I think we’re all quite happy to get a rest being back at work.
In a little over a month we’ll be moving home, although the doors are already open to the public.
Our new home is coming together very quickly now.
When The Fortunecats first suggested that we give the whole of our new home over to Digital Art during the Brighton Digital Festival, I was interested to learn more.
When is it too early to start packing boxes? Will we ever get an office bottle opener?
