A key part of the Clearleft family is UX London, focussed chiefly on our annual June conference, where UX pros from far and wide gather to learn and connect.
Things are moving fast in the realm of UX, design and tech. We know job roles are evolving, teams are changing and career paths are being re-plotted the whole time.
As our sector constantly re-invents itself, more and more UX and design professionals find themselves seeking roles that suit their skills and experience, while brands and leaders are very much aware of the need to find the right people for new challenges. It’s exciting but, for some, it’s uncertain.
UX London wants to help forge the right connections and remove the uncertainty that can stand in the way of the best people finding the right roles – so the time is right to launch the UX London Jobs Board.
Our new jobs board is a simple idea that needs little introduction. Managers and team leaders get to find talented candidates. And vice versa. You know the drill.
Reaching the right people
There are two key reasons we hope the UX London Jobs Board will make a big difference in conversations between employers and candidates:
UX London is an established community of 5,000+ professionals. Jobs will be seen by thousands of highly relevant individuals, so possibilities will be rich and numerous.
Unlike some others, the UX London Jobs Board is self-service and instant, enabling recruiters to add, remove and amend jobs adverts quickly and easily.
It's currently free to use
It’s currently free to post a job ad. Plus any jobs posted before 21 June will automatically appear on our digital jobs board at the UX London conference.
When we introduce charging later in the summer, it will be simple and transparent, with options for frequent or occasional posters.
Even if you’re not actively building your team right now, the time will come when your team or organisation is ready to grow, or flex, or re-enforce. And when that time comes, the UX London Jobs Board will be ready to help you make the right connections.
