It will give you the tools and techniques to be able to run your own sessions with your target audience in order to gain insight that can help you ensure that your website performs brilliantly.

This course is aimed at designers, product managers and anyone with an interest in improving user understanding. No prior experience with usability testing is required, just a curious mind and a willingness to take part.
Meet your host
Luke is our senior user researcher. He has 20+ years of experience working with clients to run user research. From kids to pensioners, dress-makers to body-builders, Luke has run research with participants from very different backgrounds.
Over the past ten years, Luke has trained hundreds of people in getting reliable insight from their user research. He has run user research workshops at UX Scotland, the UXPA global conference and World Usability Congress.
