The hands-on session will allow you to run through the process of setting up and running usability testing sessions on your own website. It will give you the tools and techniques to be able to run your own sessions with your target audience in order to gain insight that can help you ensure that your website performs brilliantly.

Luke is an excellent trainer with a relaxed and engaging approach to the material - which he clearly knows both inside and out. He handles questions calmly and confidently, and efficiently breaks down concepts into easily digestible components. I feel like after a session with Luke, I could run a UX testing session blindfolded!

Nick Santos-Pedro, Digital Manager, Refugee Council
