Christmas party hangovers couldn't stop us from releasing the tickets for UX London this week. A little birdie tells me that they're selling well, too. Exciting!
Our auditorium has now got a working projector and audio equipment installed and on Thursday it was host to its first event. Tessa organised the 'Hour of Code' CAS Sussex Hub event, part of National (international) Computer Science Education Week, run by Genevieve Smith-Nunes from readysaltedcode. We've already got some bookings coming in for the new year.
Both Andy B and Ant have been spending a couple of days in London chatting to clients, old and new, and hopefully winning us some great projects.
Ant has been bravely attempting to learn Git from my teachings, but I fear I may have broken him a bit.
Andy P has finished work on the Age UK homepage design. It's all up to Bevan now…
Mikey has finished his design work on Charity JOB which leaves me to finish coding it up onto our patented Pattern Portfolio™.
Jeremy has been spending his days in the U.S of A this week giving a talk at An Event Apart: San Francisco, before returning to find his desk covered in dinosaurs, courtesy of Anna. We didn't ask.
Christmas is nearly upon us, and our office sound system has been ablaze with Christmas music, and rather touchingly, our cleaners have been getting into the spirit and gifting us with two massive Millie's cookies. They did not last long.
This is my last week notes of the year, so Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, folks!
