She has an impressive track record as Head of User Experience at the Financial Times, UX Director of Digitas and Head of UX at Samsung. 

Currently Head of User Experience at OVO Energy, Annmarie brings her passion to developing products around sustainable energy for everyone, delivering on their mission to help drive progress toward zero carbon living.

Conor Ward

Conor continuously seeks frictionless and empowering ways to create user centred experiences. Currently Director of Design at BT, he leads a large team covering Product Design, Content Design, SEO, User Research, Accessibility, Service Design & DesignOps, with the goal to create enjoyable digital products for customers across the BT, EE & Plusnet brands.

Having been Global Digital Experience Director at Centrica, Head of UX&Design at British Gas, Head of DCX at EE, as well as being a member of Invision’s Design Leader Forum, and Adobe’s Design Circle, Conor has a seasoned library of design stories that we can’t wait for him to share.

Andy Budd



Andy is one of Clearleft’s founders and a regular speaker at international conferences such as SXSW, IxDA, Fronteers, An Event Apart and The Next Web. 

A strong advocate of the design community, Andy hosts and curates the Leading Design series of conferences, originally established in London and now running in New York and San Francisco. 

Andy hosts a Design Leadership Slack community of 1,000+ Heads, Directors and VPs of Design at some of the Worlds best known companies. He also partnered with InVision to host a series of Leadership dinners throughout Europe.

Jane Austin

Director of Product Design 

Babylon Health 

Jane is an award-winning designer and has keynoted conferences all over the world (she once flew to Chile for the weekend to do a talk - ask her about the earthquake). She is currently Director of Product Design at Babylon Health, the startup with the incredible mission of putting affordable health care in everyone's pocket.

Previously the Director of Design and UX at MOO, Jane loves building high performing design teams and leading digital transformations. Prior to MOO she grew the team at the Telegraph from one to twenty, leading the redesign of the website. Jane has also worked at GDS (home of, in an online trading firm, in start-ups and agencies.

Ana is passionate about the cross section of tech, content, conversion and AI that result in best-in-class user experiences and digital products. She holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and has worked in media in product roles for the past 15 years. 

Ana joined Culture Trip from the Guardian where she was Director of Product. Her other roles were at Sky News, BBC Worldwide, Channel 4, ITV and Which?. She's originally from Skopje, a destination she warmly recommends to curious travellers.

Jon Aizlewood

Jon is the Design Director at Clearleft. Well acquainted to partnering with product teams of leading brands, Jon has worked with the likes of Pearson Education, Nordea bank, Penguin Random House, Virgin Holidays, JP Morgan Chase, NBC Universal, Unicef, the BBC and many more. 

A seasoned speaker and evangelist within the design community, Jon provides pragmatic advice and shares tried and tested design methods and practices. Partnering with product teams at various stages of maturity, with different levels of resource, he helps realise the value of a customer-centric approach to not only best serves the needs of the user, but also that of the business.

Frank Sedivy

Frank has been a maker of all things digital for over two decades. He has led design and development teams at the FT, Fortis Bank, Unibet and the Department for Education. In 2015 Frank—together with Justin Basini (CEO) & Klaus Thorup (CTO) started ClearScore, the credit scoring disrupter, which has since grown into one of the biggest global FinTech startups.

Having worn many hats during his career, Frank feels most at home bridging tech and design, bringing craftspeople from both sides together to build amazing products. His eye for detail, simplicity and relentless user focus enables him and his teams to create and deliver unparalleled digital products and user experiences.

Divya Hughes

Divya is an advocate of harnessing the power of research data to shape the roadmap of product design. She is currently Director of User Experience and Design at Receipt Bank. Divya has an accomplished track record: she was previously Head of Design & User Experience at Yoyo Wallet, and also led product design teams at Birchbox, and Lantum.

Her passionate approach to nurturing UX maturity, whilst joining the dots between research, design and product development will be sure to provide an insightful and interesting perspective around facilitating user-focused product innovation.
